VET to VET – Inclusion, Skills Development and Empowerment for All (V2V-IDEA) supports the development of inclusive and sustainable Vocational Education and Training (VET) in the Western Balkans. The project addresses the needs of teachers, vulnerable learners, students with special educational needs, and NEETs by strengthening skills development, professional growth, and access to quality learning opportunities.
Through teacher training, innovative learning models, inclusive mobility, and social entrepreneurship, V2V-IDEA enhances employability, social inclusion, and active participation in society. The project promotes cooperation between Western Balkan and EU partners, offering training programmes, exchanges, and digital learning resources to support continuous professional development.
The V2V-IDEA project is carried out by a transnational partnership involving Apro Fomazione (Italy) as coordinator, JU SMŠ Danilo Kiš and JU Centar za stručno obrazovanje (Montenegro), High School for Traffic and Communications Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), SIC Ljubljana (Slovenia) Build Green Group and Albanian Skills (Albania) EfVET (umbrella organization based in Brussels).
