The project started in 2010 as a Leonardo da Vinci partnership of eight schools that work on guidance and vocational training of young people in Italy, Finland, France, Greece, Romania, Poland, Turkey.
The goal of the "Co Building a Good Guidance" project is to stimulate the motivation and involvement of students in guidance and training; improving the means and materials of counselors and trainers for guidance; improving equal opportunities in guidance.
To achieve the expected results, the partners planned activities for the training of the involved staff, the research and the analysis of guidance difficulties in vocational training and direct involvement of students and professionals in an international contest.

The project received the "Star Project 2011" European Award by the European Commission.
Till today, Apro and five partners, working in guidance and vocational training field in France, Romania, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Latvia, transferred the innovative method of guidance in 87 training institutions, technical and vocational schools of five European countries. Apro coordinated the Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project from 2013 to 2015.
The partner institutions of the project continue to facilitate the dissemination and transfer of results in their education and training systems.
