WHAT IS IT? 

"Module it! Digital Teaching for VET" is a European project aiming to improve the digital competences of teachers and trainers in the VET sector. 

The project aims to develop training content to help teachers and trainers create interesting digital lessons, motivate, support and engage students in learning and their ability to use digital technologies. 

PARTNERS 

The European project is coordinated by Apro Formazione (Italy) and involves three international partners: Noorderpoort (Netherlands), SEDU (Finland) and Faculté des Métiers - École Hôtelière de Cannes (France). 

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

• The partners, in synergy, will select and evaluate existing free courses on digital teaching, then reorganise them into a catalogue and make them easily available to trainers.  
• A 40-hour digital training module will be created, with the aim of offering a methodology that can be applied in any vocational training sector. For the project, the module will be declined for the teaching of the hotel sector.  
• The module is structured as follows: 

• 10 hours of preparatory distance learning activities
• 20 hours of digital training programme
• 7 hours of project work
• 3 hours final evaluation. 

The project started in April 2021 and is now finally getting underway! 

New updates will follow, the first results are expected in June 2022.
