Delicious - transnational pastry course
The Transnational Mobility Directive approved by the Piedmont Regional Council allows you to take part in a transnational pastry training course.
THE CALL FOR APPLICATION IS OPEN UNTIL 18/05/2022!
Thanks to the Regional Transnational Directive there are 10 scholarships available for training - pastry course.
The scholarships are distributed as follows:
- 5 scholarships for Italian students
- 5 scholarships for French students
Period and Location:
- 2 weeks in Italy from June 25 to July 10 in Alba, Italy, at Apro Formazione
- 2 weeks and in France from September 10 to September 25 in Cannes, France, at Faculté Des Métiers École Hôtelière De Cannes
Requirements:
- Between 15 and 29 years of age
- Young people who attend or have attended, within the limit of 24 months, professional institutes or Centres de Formation d'Apprentis with hotel tourism addresses of the respective regions, in particular the initial or higher training courses related to the field of pastry, or similar:
- CATERING OPERATOR-FOOD PREPARATION AND DISH PREPARATION
- KITCHEN SERVICES TECHNICIAN
- BAKER-PASTRY COOK
- SPECIALIZED PASTRY OPERATOR
- CAP CUISINE
- CAP PATISSERIE
- MENTION COMPLEMENTAIRE EN DESSERTS DE RESTAURANT
Certifications issued upon completion:
- Certificate of attendance
- Europass "Curriculum Vitae
- Europass Mobility certification
- Evaluation grids of ECVET competences
- Project work developed abroad
Total Course Cost:
- Free (activity is funded by the 2019-2021 Transnational Mobility Region Directive)
Project Schedule:
- Pre-departure activities
- Pre-departure language reinforcement (Italian and French) of 15 total hours in-person and/or via online courses
- 140 total hours of training in the field of pastry (70 in Italy and 70 in France)
- Company visits
